gone, baby gone.

where has october gone? i can't believe how fast it's going. i love this time of year. i love waking up here in newburyport and smelling the ocean. i love feeling a crisp breeze coming down the river. i love bundling up and walking on the beach. the sand always feels so warm from the sun. this time of year always makes me miss my childhood. i had a great childhood. i felt loved and safe. i want the same for annie.

there's nothing like a baby..............

let me introduce you to the sweet ellie grace. i had the pleasure of photographing her this week as a birthday gift for her daddy. she's six months old and so very precious. i can't even remember having an infant. well of course that's not true, but the more time passes the more the feeling disappears. babies are so wonderful. they are a constant reminder of what is good in this world. children in general no matter what age are a constant reminder. how lucky we are to have them.
