annie released six pink balloons today into the blue cloudy sky. not all at once but one by one. for ava. she kissed each one before she let go and screamed with glee as the wind took each pink balloon higher and higher. she said that she hoped ava would catch each balloon in heaven and that they would make her happy.

i send my love and friendship to you sheye on this day - the day your precious girl would be six years old. she is never far from our thoughts and always in our hearts. we honor your little one. with pink balloons, and pink tutus and pink hair ribbons.

such a pleasure to meet j + b - it's so refreshing to be in such delightful company. i admire this young couple who wanted to have photos done to document their relationship and i was honored they chose me. hardworking college "kids"! it was a whirlwind of locations but i think we had a great time despite the mosquito bites! j i hope you recovered from them and b - you have a dynamite smile and i was glad that i could grab it! hope you had as much fun as i did - here's a sneak peek for you - you'll have the rest soon!

it is always such a pleasure to be with a bride and groom who completely dig each other. i know, i know, most brides and grooms do - but it's so clear that brie and dave are on the same page. i love being in their company - they made this getting married stuff so easy! so add to this equation the beauty and energy of new york city, [there's something about a bride and a yellow taxi and the fdny.] a delightful bridal party, lovely family and friends and some great music too. thank you brie and dave for the honor of documenting your special day. as i type this i hope you are enjoying the tropical breezes of bali. happy honeymooning and wishing you a lifetime of joy. here's a sneak peek!!
